REFUND POLICY

Thank you for considering us! We understand that sometimes plans change, and we’re here to help. Please read the following carefully to understand our policy regarding refunds and cancellations.

7 Day Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the tour date to receive a credit towards a future tour. Whether it’s one person or the whole group, the 7 day cancellation policy applies. If you cancel within 7 days of the tour, we are unable to offer a refund or credit.

Please note that our booking system, Xola, charges an additional booking fee of max 7% of your tour total. This is not charged by us and is therefore non-refundable.

TABC Rules:

Please note that we are not liable for any incidents or penalties resulting from breaking the rules set by the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC). It is the responsibility of each individual to abide by TABC rules, including those related to alcohol consumption and behavior. You are welcome to enjoy your own beverages on the bus, but the winery’s servers have the authority to refuse to serve any or all members in your group. Everybody’s limits are different, so make sure that you know you limits as you may be asked to leave the winery if you act like you’ve been overserved like; slurring of speech, stumbling, slouching, volume increase or repeating yourself.

If a server refused to serve you or your group we will not be able to refund your tasting fees.

 

Refunds:

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a tour, we will offer a full refund.
